and how do you feed them to your fish?

keep them over mashed banana. To feed simply sprinkle over the surface. It may take your fish a while to learn that fruitflies are food, but they will gulp them down when they do learn

It is an Epiplatys annulatus (or Pseudoepiplats annulatus) from Monrovia in Liberia

A beautiful fish indeed.
